 In the age of AI, the most suitable mentors are those who blend human-centered mentoring skills with a deep understanding of how AI is transforming learning, work, and creativity. These mentors don’t just deliver content—they guide, inspire, and adapt. Here are the key traits and backgrounds of ideal AI-era mentors:

AI-Literate Educators
 

• Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and other generative AI applications.
• Can teach students how to use these tools responsibly and effectively.
   

Facilitators of Critical Thinking
 

• Encourage students to question, verify, and reflect—skills AI cannot replace.
• Guide learners in distinguishing between human insight and machine-generated content.
   

Emotionally Intelligent Guides
 

• Understand the emotional and psychological needs of learners in a tech-saturated world.

1. On Google Calendar,  Click on Create -> event 
2. Sub:  Mentor Interview 
3. Set Time (Select 30 minutes duration only)
4. Week Days (M-F)   6:00 PM - 11:30 PM IST (7:30 AM CST to 1PM CST)
5. Week Ends (Sat/Sun) 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM IST (7:30 AM CST to 10 AM CST)
